Private 2 Bedroom Calm & Cozy Suite (In A Home)

Come stay in a private & stylish 2-bed suite of a duplex in a calm, quiet neighborhood. Relax in a cute Paris themed room w/luxury pillow-top Queen-size bed, & a cozy purple themed bedroom w/firm queen bed, & mini fridges in both rooms. Optional: twin Airbed, 2 twin floorpads, & rental pack-n-play crib. Enjoy & relax in adjacent mermaid-themed bathroom between bedrooms! Laundry $1 w/provided soap, conveniently located in kitchenette space complete w/mini oven, burner, & much more! No yard. The space The house is fairly new - built in 2014! It's a 2097 square foot 3-bedroom single-family home. I've built a locking door between my space and yours so your space is completely private. Guest access Your space is private! You will have access to all of your space. For long term stays, I may need to use the laundry from time to time, so you'll only see me when I schedule a time with you to do so. You may hear my dogs attempting to give you love from my side of the separating door, but that will only be when they hear you come through the front door. They just can't handle not being able to LOVE people immediately upon their arrival. ;-) Other things to note Extra Charges for Additional Amenities: High-Chair $10 Booster Seat $5 Toddler Pack 'N' Play Crib $10 Laundry $1 per load If you require anything that is unlisted, please contact me and let me know so I can work something out for you to make your stay perfect! You will have 3 choices of parking spaces. 1. On the right side of the driveway, adjacent to the front door - please pull as far over to the right as you can to leave full access in and out of the left side of the garage for me, and not up too close to the garage itself 2. Off to the left of the driveway completely up onto the rocky gravel in front of the side gate - be sure you are not sticking out into the driveway 3. Street parking - reminder that parking in front of a fire hydrant is illegal No smoking (ANYTHING) within 15 feet of the house... This includes vaping! No illegal drug use. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of your booking, with no refund given.
