Rancho Las Hamacas is a quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes and cabanas above Playa San Agustinillo with a 3min walk to the beach below. It sits on an outcropping with spectacular ocean views overlooking the villages of San Agustinillo and Mazunte plus Punta Cometa and beyond. We have gated and paved private parking driveway for up to 3 vehicles on site. Car rentals are available at Huatulco or Puerto Escondido Airports (45-55min drive from Casa Alegria). Moto-scooters are available to rent in a few locations around town including one service provider in Rancho Las Hamacas. Walking to beach below (3min), into the center of San Agustinillo (10min), and nearby Mazunte (25min) is also popular. Note: The town’s ATM’s run out of cash often and ability to pay by credit card is limited thus be sure to bring enough cash.
