This Studio Apartment has a spacious entrance layout and is equipped with a TV, desk, and a small fridge. No kitchen. This unit accommodates 4 people (2 single beds and 1 bunk bed) and comes with a well-sized balcony (inland/no view). *Location: Level 0, Ground Floor *New Gym Available in the building. Open from May to September. The space 1. We are a Self-Catering/Self-Service Unit. No daily cleaning and no daily change of towels. The change of towel fee is 4€ per piece. Cash payment only. 2. Between May and August (Summer Period) it is NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN OR OLDER GUESTS due to the nightlife nearby and the group bookings. 3. Room keys are to be always returned in the key box, Lost keys are chargeable for 75€. 4. For bookings (28 nights onwards) or monthly bookings between January and December are excluding monthly utility bills, monthly wifi /TV connection (50€ monthly), and after-check-out cleaning fees (200€, which apply for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which are paid in advance at the property on arrival or via resolutions section). Monthly Utility bill costs: €140 (2 people), €160 (3 people), price adjustment according to the final number of people Bills and other charges are paid in advance at the property on arrival or via the resolutions section. However, please keep in mind that utility bill amounts may vary depending on your consumption during your stay, extra consumption applies extra charges. Please note that due to natural wear and tear, some interior décor and furnishings may be updated or replaced over time.
