Podere I Sorbi is an independent Tuscan home located 1.5 km from Lajatico, birthplace of Maestro Andrea Bocelli. It hosts up to 8 people. First floor: 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bath, air conditioned hallway, outdoor terrace, kitchen. Wi-fi. Ground floor: a large air conditioned lounge with sofas, dining areas & study for reading or working, 1 single sofa bed, 1 bath, 1 laundry. Outdoor: large garden, swimming pool (closed Oct-April), pizza oven, tennistable. Parking for 4-5 cars. The space The downstairs of the villa has a large, air-conditioned open-plan area with many comfortable places to sit and a choice of 3 areas to dine in. There is also a study and one bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has 3 spacious double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, a bathroom and a large kitchen with air-conditioning in the hallway and portable fans in each room. The Terrace on the first floor has got the best view over the Tuscan hills and the pool. Ice machine and washing machine available. Outside there is also a patio, a covered veranda for al fresco dining, a full brick pizza oven, a barbecue, a tennistable, and a small pool (closed october-april). In the winter, guests can use the two fireplaces of the house. Private meals or cooking classes or massages can be organized at the house upon request. Other things to note There is a one-off tourist tax fee charged per stay and paid in cash on arrival at the villa. This fee is dependent on the length of stay. Please contact us for more details.
