The flat is cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. All linen (bedding, bath and kitchen towels) is washed at a temperature of at least 60°C to ensure maximum hygiene. We use approved products and provide cleaning products for your comfort. Finally, frequently touched surfaces (work surfaces, light switches, door handles, taps, stair railings) are disinfected to ensure your safety. Guest access The main entrance to the house is shared, as is the staircase to the first floor. Your private space is on the second floor, accessible by a dedicated staircase. You will live on the upper floor, while we live downstairs. With the exception of the entrance and staircase, there are no shared spaces. We will not enter your accommodation during your stay. Please note that our property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the presence of stairs. Secure outdoor parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note The RER D station is 20 minutes' walk away, and 10 minutes by car or bus (bus stop 3 minutes' walk from the house), with a journey time of 40 minutes to Paris Gare de Lyon via the RER D or Bibliothèque François Mitterrand RER C via Juvisy. Major roads such as the N104 (La Francilienne), A6, A5 and N7 are within easy reach. Orly Sud airport is also just 25 mn by car away. Although a car is recommended, regular bus services make it easy to get around. Our location is close to many companies, including Safran, IUT, IMT-BS, Evry University, business schools, Evry Génopole and AFM Téléthon. We are a 10-minute drive from Brunoy, home to the Qualiopi-certified CNFDI distance learning school. For tourist activities, you can visit the Château du Grand Veneur and its park 10 minutes away by car, or take a walk along the banks of the Seine. There are also options for golf, horse-riding and water sports enthusiasts at the Stade Nautique or Draveil's Base de Loisirs "Le port aux Cerises", which is a 25-minute drive away. The Sénart and Rougeau forests are also just 10 minutes away by car. Culture lovers can visit the Maison Caillebotte in Yerres, the former home of painter Gustave Caillebotte and his brother Martial, which is just 18 minutes away by car.
