Charming stone house in the Volcans d'Auvergne Regional Natural Park The space Located in the heart of the Volcans d'Auvergne Regional Natural Park, between the Puys mountain range and the Sancy massif, this house will allow you to enjoy its calm and ideal location. Mitoyen at a barn (garage for your motorcycles), you can enjoy a pleasant private garden on sunny days on the side of the courtyard. The charm of the stones and the warmth of the wood burning stove make this cottage an authentic place for a relaxing stay! Nearby, many hikes, small heritage (Gallo-Roman bridge), basilica of Orcival, castle of Cordès, the Puy de Dôme with its panoramic train, Vulcania, Royat, lakes of Aydat and Guéry... You won't be bored! The gîte consists of: On the ground floor: - a kitchen open to the living room with wood-burning stove -Ashower room with WC On the 1st floor: -A bedroom with a 140 bed - a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bunk bed (the top bed is forbidden for children under 6 years old; it is also important to note that the two bunk beds are not suitable for adults) The cottage is equipped with a Green'up charging outlet for electric vehicles. The flat rate is €25 per week upon prior request to the owner.
