Numerous walks accessible from the house as well as the nearby river. Several hikes are possible from Villefranche de Panat including the tour of the lake (10 km) The space This is a 3-story stone house dating from 1855. Facing south, it overlooks a small garden of 100 m2. Capacity: sleeps 6 1 x double bedroom / 140 cm bed on the ground floor 1 double bedroom / 160 cm bed on the 2nd floor 1 bedroom with twin beds/2 beds 90 on the 2nd floor Kitchen and living room on the 1st floor 1 Bathroom and Toilet on the ground floor You are in the center of Aveyron, which makes it a strategic place for sightseeing: To the south, the Gorges du Tarn, Millau, the Roquefort cellars... to the north, Rodez, the Soulages museum or discover the castles of the route des seigneurs du Rouergue. All local shops (supermarket, newsagent, pharmacy, bank, bars-restaurants) are located in Villefranche de Panat 6 km away or Salles-Curan 11 km away. Other things to note No dishwasher Depending on availability and period: Extra cleaning (€60) Extra linens (€10 per bed for sheets) / €5 per person for bath towels Connected TV via your phone's connection sharing and DVD player DEPOSITS: A deposit check of €300 is requested during your stay + a check for €60 for cleaning fees (collected if the latter has not been properly respected.) These two checks are to be submitted at the check-in inventory and returned at the check-out inventory if everything is correct.
