Entire house, minus basement that is not in use. Child-friendly, four-legged friends welcome. Bed linen and towels are included. 1st floor: Living room with lounge, dining table and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with bathtub and shower. Exit from the living room to a large terrace overlooking nature. 2nd floor: Four bedrooms. 2x double beds, 1x single bed, children's room with 2x beds and 1x 160 cm bed. Extra beds possible for more than 10 guests. NOK 500 for each extra bed. The space SofiesBnB is child-friendly, clean and quiet. Private garden and terrace, as well as parking for several cars. Perfect for "remote work" as it is called, the house has good WiFi and we arrange office space on request. Connection to the Internet via cable to fiber is also possible. Centrally located between Bergen (45 min), Hardanger (20 min), Voss (50 min) by car. Excellent starting point for day trips to Bergen, Hardanger, Rosendal, Voss, Os and more. Local people swim in Nipshølen, a pool in the river that is five minutes away from the house on foot, or in the lake where there is a public swimming area at Bjørkheim (5 min by car), on the quay at Tysse (3 min by car), or in water as there are many in the area. Lots of opportunities for fishing. Supermarkets, thrift store, pizza restaurant, cafe/restaurant, shop for clothes and other at Bjørkheim (5 min by car). Grocery store at Tyssekaien, 3 min by car, 15 min on foot, 5 min by bike. Guest access Floors 2 and 3 (the entire house) are available, except for the basement that is not in use. Guests use the main entrance on the backside of the house. Guests will receive their own key for use upon arrival. Other things to note The road to the house runs through the yard to other houses and farms. Drive carefully - both children and a couple of dogs can be in the way. It happens that a sheep or two rabbits are on the loose too :-) The road also goes right up to the house we live in, there you have to be extra careful. New cars are so quiet that neither people nor animals with us hear you coming. Take it easy and everything will be fine.
