City fringe - Spacious Private room

We are Maisie and Errol and we want to welcome you to our newly renovated private rooom only 10 minutes from the city! A perfect space for couples who want to be close to the city, the beach and the hills with easy free parking and newly renovated amenities. Our space is relaxing and luxurious with a comfy Koala bed and pilows, dedicated work area, high pressure shower and ample cupboard space. You will have everything you need. The space Your spacious room has it's own private ensuite with a brand new renovated fit out. There is a desk with access to wifi. Large cupboards with ample storage space for your clothes during your stay and a beautiful view of the garden out of your large window. You'll have an incredibly comfortable and luxurious nights sleep on our premium koala pillows and mattress. Our linens are high quality, natural fibres from Koala and Pure Zone (either bamboo, cotton, or tencel) and we only use eco friendly detergents. We have easy street parking or a dedicated space for you in the half moon of the drive if you prefer. Our place is only 10 mins drive from the city, a 2 min walk to public transport and only 15 mins from the world renowned wine region, the Adelaide Hills. There is plenty to see and do in Adelaide and we know our space will help you feel well rested and refreshed ready for your adventures. Our place is set up for shorter stays as we don't have any facilities for cooking or food preparation. However, there are many nice local restaurants and cafes to enjoy during your stay! Please note we are currently only accepting female guests or couples. No single male travellers. Apologies for the inconvenience. Guest access Your entrance will be via the front door. Please feel free to park your car in the half moon space of the driveway. The house is equipped with sensor lights, so don't worry if you get home late and it's dark! During your stay Maisie + Errol both live in the house full time so we will likely see you from time to time. At this time we are not accepting single male guests but welcome everyone else including couples. We also have another Air BnB in our extension which is a fully self contained guesthouse so you might sometimes see other guests arriving and leaving, they will use the Garage door as their entrance though so only yourselves and us will be using the front door. We are respectful of your privacy but always available if you have any questions or queries about anything at the BnB or about Adelaide in general and we're always happy to give advice on things to do and see whilst you are here. Other things to note Maisie and Errol are avid travellers who have spent years abroad galavanting the globe. We would love to give you any advice on where to visit and what to do in our home town so please feel free to have a chat or message us anytime. We also know the importance of privacy when you are on holiday or on a work trip and will respect yours. Maisie works in Film and TV and Errol manages a restaurant in Adelaide, we both have slightly odd hours of work so you probably won't bump into us very often, however, we will always be available if you need us so feel free to message or call us any time. Please note the kitchen is not available for use as Maisie is has severe allergies so the risk of cross contamination is too great to allow guests to use this space. There are plenty of take out options nearby though!
