It's the perfect place for family vacations. There are many restaurants and entertainment options in the area. The Evergreen 2 apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has two full, garden-view, spacious terraces. Courtyard parking is provided for one car. The space There are two separate apartments in the house, only the main entrance of the house and the staircase/front are shared. The apartment has two double bedrooms, a spacious living/dining room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. There are two terraces in the apartment. One opens from the living room and one of the bedrooms, and the other from the kitchen. The apartment is air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee maker and toaster. TV can be found in each bedroom and in the living room. The washing machine in the staircase and the pleasant, tree-shaded grassy garden behind the house are shared with the ground floor apartment. The two apartments can be booked at the same time for a total of up to 8 guests. Other things to note If you arrive at the apartment at a different time than the check-in hours indicated, please be sure to let us know in a message. Late or early check-in may not be possible in all cases. Tourist tax payable in cash upon arrival: 550 HUF/person/night. According to local laws, guests can only check in after presenting their personal documents and registering (scanning) their personal data. In the absence of this, we are unable to provide the accommodation. Only registered persons are allowed to stay at the property, guests are not allowed. There are other guests in the apartment building. It is forbidden to listen to loud music and to make loud noises in general during the day and at night.
