Sand Point South on Alligator Point

A secluded single family home on the gulf with 100 feet of perfect sand beach frontage. The curved 300' driveway shields the house from Alligator Drive. Your privacy further insured by the nearest public beach access being 1.5 miles away. The home is just 400 feet from the Nature Conservancy’s 145 acre Phipps Preserve. Miles of little traveled beach strolling right out the door. 3200 Sq Ft home with another 1000 Sq Ft of screen porches and 600 Sq Ft of open sun deck. A third floor tower, high in the pine tops offers view towards Dog Island and St George. Great outdoor cooking includes gas grill, gas flat top griddle, Traeger pellet smoker (pellets provided), wood smoker (fire wood and charcoal provided), charcoal grill and wood fired pizza oven. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. One bunk room includes game room, 65" TV, books and games. Great room opens to screen porch with two 12' doors on either side of see-thru fireplace. Spiral stair case connects the 2 screen porches and the top floor tower. Two beach side fire pits, shower house, sauna and beach items located under the house beachside. The home will sleep 16 - 8 adults, 8 children. Master bedroom with king size bed. Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and a patio door to a second floor screened in porch. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and also adjoins the second floor screened in porch. The kids' bunk room has 2 bunk beds - each with a full size mattress below a twin mattress. The second bunk room is 16' by 32' with two twin size day beds and a bunk bed with a full mattress below a twin mattress. This room also serves as a game room with 65" TV, books and games including a two person "pop a shot" basketball game. We try to provide all that you would need for your stay at our home including paper products (paper towels, toilet paper), dish soap, laundry pods, spices, flour, sugar (white and brown), coffee (ground and some k-cups), tea, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, sunscreens, bug repellent (spray and Thermacell Patio Shield Mosquito Repeller). There is a basket of beach towels (25) by the door for your use as well. There are 15 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 9 personal floatation jackets (tow be worn while using kayaks and paddle boards), 2 tubs of beach toys and games, horseshoes, badminton, and fishing rods and gear. Prefer Saturday or Sunday check-in day.
