COZY newly built apartment with all the details and comfort, it has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower , with capacity for 7 people, located in Benasque in a quiet area overlooking the mountain.  It has a garage and wifi   Other things to note Rules and conditions of stay Responsibility: The guest and their companions must use the common areas correctly. Any damage will be the responsibility of the guest, who will cover the repair costs, even if they exceed the deposit. Acceptance: Staying and paying implies accepting all the rules of the contract. Registration: By law, all guests over 16 years of age must be registered and checked in online before arrival. Arrival: Check-in from 5:00 pm at the reception (Avenida Los Tilos 12, Benasque), open until 8:00 pm. Notify 24 hours in advance if you arrive after hours. Heating: It will turn on if the temperature requires it. Services: Restaurant service available; for stays >7 days, change of sheets, towels and basic cleaning. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Cleanliness and tidiness: Leave the apartment clean and tidy, throw garbage in containers and put the dishes in the dishwasher. Noise: Respect the quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM and avoid disturbing the neighbors. Keys: In case of loss or leaving the keys inside, the guest will bear the replacement costs. Safety: Close doors and windows and turn off heating when leaving. Check-out: Hand over the keys before 11:00 am in the "KEY HANDOVER" mailbox of the BPIRINEOS office.
