It's near shops and restaurants and at a stone throw away from an innumerable number of beautiful sites of Tuscany. There are a few cats who live outside in the park and 3 small Jack Russell in the property, all well behaved. Breakfast is not included, in your rooms you have a kettle and a fridge. If you require breakfast you can ask your host. Have breakfast in the main house or in the garden (bread, pastries, coffee, tea, milk, fruit, yogurt @10 euros per person). Guest access The access to the Vaulted Suite is through the proprietor's main door, over travertino old stairs. Other things to note The Vaulted Suite offers 4 beds (a double and 2 single) and a large table with chairs. No kitchenette included. The heating in Winter is provided by a state of the art unerfloor heating powered by photovoltaic system and heat pump. In Summer the same system provides cooling of the terracotta floors which in turns cools the environment.
