Guest access Check-in and check-out is autonomous: you can pick up (check-in) and drop off (check-out) the keys at a KeynestPoint during opening hours and according to the conditions of the apartment. We will send you a code on the day of your arrival, which will allow you to collect the keys, and you will just have to drop off the keys when you leave. Check-in between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) or 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Sundays and public holidays). Checkout between 7am and 11am (Monday to Saturday) or between 9am and 11am (Sunday and public holidays). Please pay attention to the times indicated above, outside these times the keys will be unavailable. Thus, we ask that the accommodation be left in a good state of cleanliness (clean toilet, dishes made, vacuum cleaner...) and that the linens are not stained. Each abuse will be subject to an additional charge of €25/hour of cleaning required to restore the property. We offer an optional cleaning fee of €30. If you don't want to do the cleaning, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can apply the €30 extra fee.
