Spacious Townhouse 1 mile from Bristol Speedway

Our townhouse is the perfect place to stay for anything related to Bristol Motor Speedway & Dragway. Less than a mile from the race track, you can conveniently walk to your event and avoid long traffic lines and parking fees. The entire house is available for your use. Upstairs you'll have two bedrooms with full baths, featuring a Queen & Single bed in each room. On the main level you'll find a spacious common area, kitchen, and back deck. Also only 9 miles from Bristol Hard Rock Casino. The space The townhouse is 20 years old, but A LOT has been redone/upgraded in the last year. It has a fresh coat of paint inside and the carpet was just professionally cleaned (yes, it still has some spots/stains, it's not perfect). The queen beds feature newer memory foam style mattresses, although the single beds are older and best suited for kids (will be upgraded at some point). The futon is brand new and can fold down into a bed. Just replaced the couch & recliner as well. We put a new 50" TV in the living room and it has cable TV. WiFi is also available for your use. The washer/dryer/stove/dishwasher/grill and keurig are all brand new. We also just had the back deck replaced. The kitchen has standard items; Glasses, Plates, bowls, cookware, utensils, etc. These aren't brand new and might not all match, but they will be clean. I'll make sure that the Keurig has coffee pods, creamer, & sugar for your stay. We have new linens/pillows/etc. for the beds. This unit is about 20 years old, but as you've read we have spent a lot to get most things up to brand new. It may appear "barren" and not "homely", but we're going to work on adding decorations and upgrades continually as time allows. Thanks for looking.
