Surrounded by untouched forest, it provides an ideal setting for relaxation and adventure alike. Designed for comfort, the modern interior is perfect for family getaways or gatherings with friends. A private dock is available for guests to tie up their boats, and the calm waters are ideal for swimming, fishing, boating, or simply floating. Enjoy all the comforts of home with Starlink WiFi and Smart TVs in the living room, basement, and both king bedrooms, as well as the bunk room. There’s no TV in the queen bedroom for those who prefer a quieter, more restful retreat. Guest Access: You’ll have full access to the house and grounds during your stay, including the dock for your boat. Additional Amenities: Pet-friendly with dog blankets and bowls provided. If you're bringing pets (maximum of 2), a non refundable pet fee of $150 will apply. You should have received a pet fee request or added a pet in your reservation, if you have not please notify us. An additional $100 fee will apply if we are not notified of pets upon check-in. Propane grill for outdoor cooking. with grill utensils available in the kitchen. Other things to note Security Cameras: The home has security cameras outside the house. There is one at the front door, one facing the parking lot, two monitoring the entrances to the house on both the top and bottom deck. These are used for security purposes only and no audio is recorded. There are absolutely no cameras inside of the house. Accessibility:  Unfortunately this home is not wheel chair accessible. Guests with ambulatory limitations should contact the host for an exact description of the house.
