The space The large living room is very bright, composed of the fully equipped kitchen open to dining and lounge. Behind the kitchen is a laundry room with storage and a combined fridge. On the garden side wing, there are 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom composed of a walk-in shower with a sink. A separate toilet is in the hallway. On the pool side wing, there are 2 PMR bedrooms and a shared shower room composed of a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A second independent toilet is in the hallway. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a large wardrobe as well as a large double bed 180 X 200 great comfort that can be converted (with an extra charge) into 2 beds of 90 X 200. The swimming pool with its submerged beach will delight everyone. It is surrounded by 8 sunbathing and 4 umbrellas. For your meals on the terrace, a table for 8 people and a large electric plancha will allow you to spend pleasant evenings. A separate toilet is located near the pool for your convenience. On request and with an extra charge, the pool can be heated. For families coming with young children the house has a crib (but baby sheets are not provided). Rental rate includes bed linen, towels, linen change each week in case of rental for more than one week. The exit cleaning (final cleaning) is a maintenance cleaning that does not exempt you from leaving the house clean and tidy, cleaning the oven and refrigerators as well as the barbecue and its utensils, cleaning and storing the dishes and removing the garbage in the appropriate containers. A security deposit of €1,000 will be requested upon arrival, this deposit is by bank card (as for renting a car).
