The space FAMILY ENVIRONMENT We offer free of charge: ☕🪥🧻: ☕ Coffee machine, tea, spices, salt, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, dishcloth. 🧻Personal hygiene items such as: Towels, sheets, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, combs, toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton, shower cap, cotton swab, etc.; 🛜Wifi in all rooms; 🐕Bed and pot for water/food; ⛱ Chairs and sun umbrellas, beach tennis rackets and trolley to carry the chairs; SPACES: -Shared gourmet area: in front of the pool with sea view; -Private gourmet, with private barbecue and covered area; -Full kitchen – 4-burner stove, hood, 588-liter refrigerator, microwave, espresso coffee maker, sandwich maker, Air Fryer, blender, electric oven, electric kettle, table, dishes and cutlery, beer, sparkling wine and wine glasses, dishes and pans, etc. -Full bathroom: Electric shower, hairdryer towels, mats, etc.: -Bedroom 01: It has ample space with 32-inch smart TV and split, queen-size bed, wardrobes with hangers, super comfortable mattress, soft and comfortable sheets and pillows. -Bedroom 02: Single bed mattress, small wardrobe, split (cold only), desk for study or home office. -Room 01 – Spacious and cozy, split, a small sofa and super cozy rug, accompanied by a beautiful custom-made bookcase with ample interior space, desk-type side table, glass shelves, chair and lamp, which can be used as a Home Office, or just a corner for reading, resting or a simple “chat” enjoying a coffee or drink; -Room 02 – Spacious with 02 comfortable environments, has a split (cold only), decorated with artificial and natural plants, one of the environments has a large sofa (turns into a double bed), panel and 50-inch TV, cable TV streaming (only a few channels released); This space offers a beautiful industrial table with benches (next to the private barbecue area), where you and your family can enjoy a wonderful dinner. - Balcony: Spacious, covered, private barbecue, countertop. Your pet can stay in this location totally safely. Guest access Private access to the penthouse; - The swimming pool is shared with another penthouse unit; - The gourmet space in front of the pool is shared with another unit; - Shared laundry; - The penthouse DOES NOT HAVE accessibility. Other things to note 😉Rules 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Parties are not allowed, and exceeding the capacity of 3 people in the accommodation is not allowed (There will be an additional cost of R$ 200.00 per person per day.) An extra fee of R$ 100.00 per day will be charged if the splits are turned on in the absence of people in the space; 🚮Preferably separate the garbage correctly (leaving it in the laundry room for disposal); 🪟Leave the hallway window vents open when the splits are connected to their ventilation; 🗝Close the access gates to the hall and/or garage; 🐕 In common areas, hold your pet on your lap, or use the stairs; 📞Pick up the food delivery downstairs, (do not authorize access to the building); 🏖 Towels for the beach and pool, the colored ones should be used, leaving the white ones for use in the space; ✒ “HENNA” tattoo, sunscreen or makeup: in case of stains on the trousseau or towels, it will imply the reimbursement of the product. Pool area and Lounge 👙 🍖⛱ -Shared with another UNIT. 🚶🏻The use of the deck and barbecue grills is free, no need to schedule; 🍷Glass cups are not allowed in the pool area. Take acrylic cups from the living room cabinet; 📻 The use of your own speakers in the pool area and/or space is not allowed, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.; condominium fines will be passed on; 🐕Small pets and ⛹🏻 children unaccompanied by their guardians are not allowed; 🏖Sunshades must be tied down, as well as 🦢buoys, to prevent them from flying away; Cleaning: 🧹 If you want cleaning, schedule it on weekdays for an extra fee of R$ . 🛏 The bedding will be changed every 7 days, or in case of need at no additional cost; 👕Do not wash clothes in the space, leave them in the laundry and request sanitized pieces.
