Newly built mini-villa within walking distance of two of the world's best disc golf courses, Ale Discgolfcenter and close to Uspastorp Discgolfpark. Below is a fantastic untouched meadow landscape with forest next to it, so from the villa with a little luck you can see majestic red deer, moose, wild boar, fox and cranes, etc. The accommodation sleeps 4 in 1 double bed and 2 super nice double sofa beds as well as all possible amenities. The space This charming mini-villa offers 60 square meters of living space with a separate bedroom equipped with a continental bed (180x200 cm), comfortable mattress as well as allergy-friendly duvets and pillows. The bathroom is fully tiled and has both a shower and washing machine. The kitchen, which is part of an open floor plan, is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, with most appliances purchased in 2023/2024. In the living room, there are two very comfortable sofa beds with bed dimensions 140 x 200 cm each, as well as a 55-inch 4K TV with integrated Chromecast. Athmos-certified soundbar and subwoofer, Apple TV 4K. In addition, free fast Wi-Fi and a northern lights projector are offered. In the bedroom, you can enjoy the outdoors without even getting up. On the 85-inch TV, you can use a dark-vision camera mounted on the outside of the house to see the meadow below whenever you want. If you'd rather see something else, there's also an Apple TV 4K. The villa has a large, newly built balcony in the south and east with a total area of about 50 square meters, which offers a wonderful view of the meadows where wild animals often pass. Other things to note A unique accommodation for those who want to experience Swedish nature, only 25 minutes from central Gothenburg. The house is equipped for 4 people but 6 people can stay overnight if you can imagine sharing space in the 140 cm wide sofa beds. - The guest cleans the house and leaves it in the same condition as it was found upon arrival. Cleaning equipment is available in the property. - Cleaning upon departure can be purchased from the host for SEK 750, does not include dishes or disposal of garbage. - Bed linens are not included in the stay. Hotel-quality sheets can be rented from the host for SEK 125 per set. If you also want towels, there is an additional fee of SEK 75. The sheets are made by the guest. - Defibrillator (Heart Starter) is available at the host.
