Perfectly designed for both relaxation and adventure. Living Rooms & Kitchen The house has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need for cooking: dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. In the living room, you can relax on two comfortable sofa beds (140 x 200 cm) in front of a 55-inch 4K TV. For the ultimate experience, there is an Apple TV 4K, an Atmos sound system with a subwoofer, and a Northern Lights projector that creates a magical atmosphere in the evening. Disco lights are available to turn on for those who want to dance. The Bedroom – A Unique Nature Experience Here, you will sleep in a luxurious continental bed (180x200 cm) with allergy-friendly duvets and pillows. The absolute highlight of the room is the 85-inch 4K TV: via a high-resolution camera on the outside, you can stream the meadow outside directly to your bed. See moose, deer, and wild boar in real time, with a bit of moonlight even in the middle of the night! Bathrooms & Amenities A stylish, fully tiled bathroom equipped with a shower and washing machine. Of course, we offer free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. Balcony & Outdoor Area Enjoy the tranquility of the 50-square-meter, newly built patio. Facing south and east, you have sunshine for much of the day and an amazing panoramic view over the meadows. The villa is privately located about 60 meters from the main building of the estate. The house is located for maximum privacy, absolutely at the end of a private road and at the far end of the property; enjoy undisturbed views over the meadows. Welcome to an extraordinary stay! Guest access Entire home including terraces and nearby green spaces. Other things to note A unique accommodation for those who want to experience the Swedish nature, only 25 minutes from central Gothenburg. The house is equipped for 4 people but 6 people can stay overnight if you can imagine sharing space in the 140 cm wide sofa beds. - The guest cleans the house and leaves it in the same condition as you found it upon arrival. Cleaning supplies are available in the property. - Cleaning when moving out can be purchased by the host for SEK 750, does not include dishes or care for garbage. - Sheets are not included in the stay. Hotel quality sheets can be rented from the host for SEK 125 per set. If towels are also desired, SEK 75, the sheets are made by the guest. - Defibrillator (Heart starter) is at the host. - Late check-out is possible at an additional cost and subject to availability (ask the host).
