The first floor, with its 4 bedrooms, of which No. 3 double and No. 1 single with extra bed, is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area. All rooms, equipped with all comforts, have a window and/ or a French door overlooking the private garden of the property. Particularly impressive is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and furnished terrace from which you can admire the sea on the horizon. The pool is not heated, as the mild Sardinian climate provides comfortable temperatures most of the year, making pool heating unnecessary even in the low season. The use of a private car is necessary to reach the property and for getting around during your stay, allowing you to fully enjoy the freedom and beauty of the area.
