Our above garage 2 bedroom unit is very close to downtown, Baylor, Magnolia & Cameron park & just steps to the zoo. Go through a private gate to access your own entrance & private fenced off yard. Previous guests say “super cute”, “VERY clean”, “close to everything,” “perfect”. The kids will love the bunk room built with them in mind. This unit sleeps a total of 4, but keep in mind the upper bunk bed has a weight limit of 160. If you can’t meet this limit, as an alternative there is a bed height inflatable mattress available. Enter through a gate marked "Pine Cone Place.” Walk down the path and find a pink door. This is your private entrance to your 2 bedroom unit. 16 steps up and you'll be in an open concept living/kitchen/dining, creatively designed for fun, convenience & relaxation. You'll be able to enjoy books & games, watch some TV, play some music on the bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, or just relax and enjoy some quiet time. The kitchen is stocked with dishes/pans, etc. along with basic spices. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop and convection microwave are available for use (no oven). When you're ready for sleep, just a few steps down the hall is your bedroom with a king bed and separate bathroom. There is also a small bunk room just big enough for 2 twin beds and a desk. Want to enjoy the outside? You have full access to your own fenced off yard with patio, seating, and a fire pit. The house is very close to downtown and only steps from Cameron Park Zoo. Your privacy is important to us as well as your security. For this reason, ring security features are located outside only. Guest access Wifi is free and log-in instructions are in the unit. Other things to note We value your privacy. As such, you will have a code to enter the unit via a digital lock. The personal code will be provided prior to check-in and can be used during your stay.
