Welcome to my home! I welcome you to my 15 square meter home in the heart of the 18th arrondissement, located on the 4th floor without elevator, ideal for two people. It is located close to Sacré-Cœur, Place des Abbesses and Place Pigalle. You can stroll through a quiet area and discover the splendor of Montmartre! Very good stay! :) The space Located in Paris, and located on the 4th floor without elevator access, the accommodation is bright, charming, perfect for a tourist or business stay, with a capacity of up to two people. It consists of a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed from the Convertible de France brand (160 x 196 bed, Black Label reinforced bed frame with wide wooden slats, Elite 50 kg mattress), a shower room and a kitchen area. You will have everything at your disposal to have a great stay, namely: Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, small oven, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and Wi-Fi. You will also have at your disposal a storage space on the landing where you can store one or two suitcases, and you will find the vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, a fan, a radiator and cleaning products and tools. The apartment is very bright and has two double-glazed windows facing west over a quiet inner courtyard. Guest access You will be very well connected by public transport to stroll throughout the city and its surroundings, namely the Abbesses and Anvers stations (Metro line 12) and the Yvonne Le Tac bus station (line 40)! The apartment is ideally located close to Halle Saint-Pierre (5-min walk), Sacré-Cœur Basilica (5-min walk), Musée de Montmartre (10-min walk) and Moulin Rouge (15-min walk). Place de la Concorde is 15 minutes by metro line 12, the Louvre Museum is 20 minutes by metro line 1 - 12, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 30 minutes by metro line 4 and the Eiffel Tower is 35 minutes by bus line 69 then by metro line 12. You will find many shops nearby such as a Carrefour Express 2-min walk and a Franprix 5-min walk. The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you! Cleaning is done before and after each guest. Guests will be the only ones with access to the accommodation during their rental. The French Mobility Lease simply means that the rental period must be at least 30 consecutive nights and a maximum of 10 consecutive months. You may be in vocational training, graduate studies, apprenticeship, internship, voluntary service (civic service), temporary professional transfer or temporary assignment as part of your professional activity. You can terminate the lease at any time with one month's notice. The landlord cannot terminate the lease before the date set out in the lease. The rental simply goes through the Airbnb platform.
