Welcome to Home Sweet Home! We hope you will enjoy staying with us at our home. It is located in a peace, quiet and beautiful place in North York. Close to amenities: Tim Hortons, KFC, Mc Donal's, Pharmacies and markets. Only 10 minutes' walk to Finch West bus and subway station, which can take you 30 minutes to go to downtown Toronto. 5 minutes' drive to York University and 25 minutes' drive to Pearson International Airport. The space This renovated unit is in the lower levels of the house, which is fully equipped and ready to go for your comfort and convenience. The entrance is only for guests and is completely separate from the rest of the home. The host family stay on the upstairs of the house. We provide guests with the quiet bedrooms and clean bathrooms. 24 hours hot water, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms have big windows, which you can enjoy the view and get fresh air from the clean and beautiful backyard. Our Rose room for maximums 2 adults and one child under 13. It has a queen-sized bed for 2 people, with all sheets, duvet, towels… We also can provide a folding twin bed more for a child under 13 if guest require. There are also a wardrobe and a desk, a chair for those looking to get some work done. Guest access Guests have access to the common areas: living room, kitchen and bathrooms and all stuffs which we provided. Washer and dryer are also available for free with the detergents. There is one bathroom on the same floor with the bedrooms. The living room, laundry room and another bathroom on the downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with an electric water kettle, pots/pans, toaster oven, microwave, electric rice cook, fridge, cups, wine glasses, dishes, spoons, cooking utensils, soap, sponges and cleaning materials and oil cooking, salt, pepper, sugar, tea... Also, a vacuum and a broom are provided. The electric stove and the oven work perfectly. The kitchen features an island with seating for 2 and there is dining table is enough for 8 people to seat in the dining room. The spacious living room with sofa, books on the shelf, game, a TV with a fire stick for News channels, YouTube/Netflix etc. The common areas are shared with other guests. All guests will relax and enjoy their wonderful vacation in this space. Other things to note Kind tips: There are free parking spaces for guests to use.
