From this centrally yet quietly located home, you can reach all key destinations quickly and easily. Bus stop approx. 200 m away; subway and suburban train about 500 m – direct connections to Nuremberg, the exhibition center (approx. 25 minutes) and Erlangen. Shops, restaurants, gas station, medical services, hospital and fitness facilities are close by. Free garage plus an additional free parking space directly in front of the house. The space has an open, cozy living room with TV and large dining area. You can also sit wonderfully on the terrace under the glass roof with an electric awning, in the dark with a pleasant light source, even on not so hot days. The kitchen offers everything that is needed. On the ground floor there is also an extra toilet, a cloakroom and a bedroom with a double bed, TV, a dressing room and a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower with rain shower head, toilet and sink. You can also access the terrace directly from the bedroom and bathroom. There are four rooms on the upper floor, three of which have a single bed 90 x 200 cm, and one room with a bed 140 x 200 cm. All rooms have direct access to a balcony or larger terrace. Three rooms have their own TV. Another bathroom with sink, shower and toilet is available. In the basement there are two further rooms with single beds 90 x 200 cm, which share a small bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. There is also another lounge here. The entire house, including the basement, is heated by underfloor heating. In addition, all three showers are level with the floor. In some bedrooms there is not only a desk but also extra LAN access. The house is ideal for business people, trade fair visitors and families, as there are many single bedrooms and several bathrooms. AND for quiet guests, parties are not allowed! Also highly recommended for small groups who want to spend time together in a quiet environment. Guest access The accommodation is available to you alone. Depending on the number of guests, the respective bedrooms are waiting for you. All common rooms are of course fully available for you. Other things to note Cleaning and emptying of rubbish are not planned during the stay and can only be carried out by us after consultation, if necessary for a fee.
