SeaPlace- Sleeps 7! 2 pools, beach access!

SeaPlace Villas is an ocean front resort that is the perfect spot for your tropical getaway! You will love the 2 decks, sweeping pool and resort views, and ocean view from the decks. Your 2 decks are perfectly situated to see the sunrise over the Atlantic, and sun set back over the complex. The space Relax with the whole family at Sea Place Villas! The resort style complex offers 2 pools, tennis courts, and an extremely short walk to the beach. Our lovely condo even has partial ocean views from both spacious decks! See and hear the ocean as you walk up to your front door! Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs, and a half bath on the main level. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and will leave you wanting for nothing! The primary bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV and an incredible deck with ocean view. The second bedroom has both a twin bed and a queen size bed, and smart TV. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. The condo can sleep a total of seven. All linens, bath towels, beach towels and beach gear (a wagon and beach chairs) are provided to make your stay as stress-free as possible… pack light! There’s also a washer and dryer. Are you feeling eager to soak up the Florida sunshine? The beach is steps away from the condo, and the 2 sparkling pools have plenty of spots to lounge around. Want a little more privacy? The two decks in the condo are an amazing amenity. On the main level deck off of the living space you can enjoy the large table for dining al fresco or a sunset cocktail. Upstairs off of the primary bedroom you’ll find the second deck. Enjoy the ocean and pool views while lounging in the sun. This deck is on the top floor of the building so it’s our favorite place to capture full sun while reading a book. We provide board games and a selection of books to keep you occupied on a rare rainy day. Bring your Netflix or Hulu log-on to enjoy our smart Roku TV's! Traveling with kids? We provide a Graco pack-and-play, child friendly dishes, gate for the stairs and more. A quick 12 minute drive straight up A1A will take you the historic district of St. Augustine which offers endless activities for the whole family! Whether you want to visit St. Augustine to explore America's oldest city or just enjoy the tropical vibe and beautiful beach, there are endless activities for everyone. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo with the exception of the locked owners closet. Other things to note Guests are allowed 2 cars per unit. A keycard is required to use the beach access. If this is lost, a $50 fee will be assessed per keycard. We do recommend purchasing trip insurance offered at checkout, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-Oct). Must be comfortable with stairs as there is no elevator. Our condo is on the 2nd floor of the building; and the upstairs level with the bedrooms is an additional flight of stairs. The pools are not heated.
