My name is Pierre and I invite you to come into your home. Located in a green and tranquil setting, this house will bring you rest, tranquility and all the comforts you'll need during your vacation. Ideally located, you will have at your fingertips the many activities, walks, visits… that Lot and the Dordogne Valley can offer! The space The accommodation consists of three bedrooms with two single beds that can be combined to make double beds. There is also a shower room and a bathroom, a living/dining room with tables and chairs, an equipped kitchen and two toilets (one per floor). Guest access The entire house will be accessible to guests. During the summer period (July and August), check-ins & checkouts are only on Saturdays for organizational reasons. Other things to note Bon vivants are welcome, however, parties and events are prohibited. For your peace of mind, sheets, towels and kitchen towels are provided during the rental. Only pool towels are not included. [Important] The accommodation is equipped with a reinforced socket for charging electric and hybrid vehicles. For travelers with this type of vehicle, a Linky meter reading will be taken on the day of your arrival as well as on the day of your departure. Any Kw/h consumed beyond the 8 Kw/h included in your rental agreement will be charged. This re-invoicing will be done "in real time" on the current rate of the house's electricity contract, no overcharging will be applied.
