The space The appartment is located on the first floor , with a large entrance for storing shoes and sports equipment. One enters into a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a kitchen piano, an oak table for 10 people and a large cupboard. A pellet stove completes the ensemble. The 30m2 living room is bright, with a small balcony, two sofas and an armchair, and offers a breathtaking view of the historic square of Barcelonnette and the Cardinalis tower. Served by a long corridor, 4 large rooms (2 beautiful double rooms with bed in 160 and desk, a very large room of 25m2 with bed in 180, desk and sofa and a dormitory with 4 simple beds), a first bathroom (with Italian shower) and a larger bathroom (bath-tub and large shower) plus 2 independent WC. The dormitory is equipped with a large television and board games for the whole family. High speed Wifi available in all the appartment. New bedding, pillows and comforters available (size 260*240 for double beds and 140*200 for single beds). Sheets and towels are not provided but can be rented nearby. Raclette, fondue, crêpe party and full electrical equipment available. No parties or soirées. No pets allowed and no smoking. Fireplaces not working. Pellets provided for the pellet stove. The entrance is located in a pedestrian area. Private garage for bikes and skis, 50 metres away, available on request (non available from the 15th of september to the 15th of december). Plenty of free parking nearby (50m). Guest access The entire appartment is available except for a small storage room.
