The Gemstone Retreat. (The Sapphire) A secluded cottage in the lap of nature with 360° views of Himalayas. Away from all the hassles of life, this place offers an unique experience of being in the bare nature. The cottage is situated in an apple orchard with more than 50000 square ft of garden all belonging to you. With all the facilities like wifi and in-house kitchen, this place is a perfect place for a getaway home. The space It’s a cozy cottage made out of stones, wood in the middle of Dhauladhar and Pir Panjal range of Himalayas with 360 ° views from the property. The cottage consists of a living room with traditional Himalayan style sitting space and a single bed, a fully functional kitchen with all the necessary utensils and silverware, a washroom with geyser and a shower, a master bedroom with a dedicated workspace and a veranda with panoramic view of Pir Panjal range. Apart from this you’ll also have access to the garden area with apple and plum trees, a garden swing and a bonfire place. Other things to note The cottage is situated 800m from NH3. The final 800m patch towards cottage is only suitable for 4X4 vehicles and bikes with experienced drivers. Preferred way to reach here is by a quick walk of 800m from Patlikuhal fruit market near Police Station or a cab. The nearest market is at Patlikuhal (about 1 km away) so it’s recommended to shop for essentials while in the market. If you are coming by your own car, we can arrange a parking space for you 800m away and then pick you up and drop you at the time of check in and check out. Although, most cars can be bought to the property too if you’re comfortable driving it in the narrow off-road. If not, you can choose the parking that’s 800m away. This cottage is situated in an apple orchard with two more private cottages separated from one another. All three cottages collectively form “The Gemstone Retreat”. *No Smoking inside the rooms.* *No outside shoes are allowed inside the rooms.* If you are coming by your own car, we can arrange a parking space for you and then pick you up and drop you at the time of check in and check out. Note:- We don’t have a place for drivers to stay, please arrange it yourself if there is a driver with you. - Fresh Home-Cooked food can be provided on preorder basis at an additional cost. Please contact in advance for the same. - Mineral water bottles kept in the cottage are complimentary, extra packaged drinking water bottles are available at an additional cost. - Government photo l'd of every guest is needed to be shown on check-in. - Guests are requested to switch off all the lights and geyser before leaving the cottage. - Any damage caused by the guests to any part of the property (dishes, glasses, furniture, etc), guests will have to pay EXTRA for such damage depending on the extent of the damage. - First Pick up and Drop off at the time of check it and check is free rest its chargable.
