The two-floor open concept provides an upper floor to enjoy daytime living with sleeping quarters below. The 24-foot (7.5m) folding glass doors open from a chef’s custom kitchen out to the integrated private pool and 1500-sqft terrace. Ocean and canyon views from every angle for perfect indoor/outdoor living space. Sitting on 3 lots, Casa Rosemary is surrounded by a large, gated, landscaped yard with fruit trees, palm trees, and a hillside with agaves and greenery. Furnished with designer furniture and exquisite finishes throughout the Casa including indoor/outdoor Cantera stone floors, doors constructed from native wood, custom built bathrooms with granite finishes and modern fixtures, there was no expense spared to create a peaceful oasis and guest experience at Casa Rosemary for both luxury and relaxation. The primary living space on the upper floor offers both indoor and outdoor living. Upper inside living includes the beautiful kitchen and small study area equipped and Starlink wifi. The accordion style glass doors can be fully opened to bring in the outdoors, and creates a seamless indoor/outdoor living space. The large custom chef’s kitchen is complete with premium quality appliances and dishware, accented with gorgeous native wood cabinets, granite counters, and an incredible, large custom island. You can prepare your own meals and enjoy them sitting at the island or out on the 1500-sqft terrace where you’ll find a dining table and a large, beautiful seating area. The terrace also includes a private integrated, spacious pool for refreshing swimming or lounging; it’s truly the ideal area to relax together. It’s also the perfect spot to watch both the sunrise and sunset. Three individual, spacious bedroom/bathroom ensuites and a separate den area are located on the lower floor offering full privacy, each with its own AC unit. Two (2) master bedrooms feature a king size bed; a third bedroom features a queen bed and a separate twin bed. Sleeps total of 7 guests. Two of the rooms share a garden terrace. Two suites include televisions to stream movies, and Starlink wifi is available throughout the home. It’s an approx. 5-minute walk (or quick car ride) to the ocean (via dirt roads down a gentle slope) where the beaches are quiet, clean and inviting for a swim, long walk or just to enjoy the view of the bay. Our Casa is 20 minutes from Huatulco International Airport and 40 minutes to Huatulco center where there are many little shops and restaurants. We recommend renting a car from the airport as transportation. We custom designed Casa Rosemary for the local environment and know you’ll fall in love with the serene surroundings native to the Oaxaca coast. You have full access to the private Casa, including the pool, which is serviced regularly, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, all outdoor living spaces, 3 bedrooms all with independent bathrooms, plus a full bath on the upper floor as well as an outdoor shower by the pool.
