The apartment has a living/bedroom with double bed (180 × 200 cm) and sofa bed (140 × 195 cm), a daylight bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with cozy dining area. Underfloor heating and automatic room ventilation ensure a healthy indoor climate. Other things to note You will receive a guest card that includes free public transport in the district of Constance and discounts for numerous attractions as well as boat trips. This tourist tax (1.70 p.P/Nacht) will be charged on site. A private parking space for the apartment is located right by the house.
