Pocono Cabin in Beautiful Arrowhead Lake Community

The space *** Some important things to note about our home: A 4-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental in the beautiful Arrowhead Lake community! The space has an open first floor with a large sectional sofa and separate eating area. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you may need. We do have A/C in the living room but it is not central. We have plenty of fans and are very shaded and the cottage remains quite comfortable. The front deck is new and offers a quiet area to enjoy the native wildlife and mountain scenery. Guest access Guest parking is available at all pools and lake beaches in the community. We are within walking distance of two pools and a 2 min drive down the mountain to the lakes. Other things to note ***We do not allow parties or events and booking guests must be over 25. Because this is in a gated community the association does charge some small fees for access to amenities called a Temporary Membership Fee. This fee is $8 per person per day for guests over 12. Off-season/Winter Season (Sept 16-May 14): $5 per person per day. Gate Card Fee All vehicles will be charged $15 per vehicle. Transaction Fee: $20 or $10 for registration and payment 5 or more days prior to arrival as detailed above. The Temporary Membership includes access to the Beaches, Pools, Lodge, Events, Welcome Center Family Game Room, Gym, Lodge Billiards Room, Pavilions, Lakes, Playgrounds, Sports Courts, Trash Center, and all other common area of Arrowhead Lake Community. Please keep this in mind as you budget your trip.
