Furnished with new furniture, our modern and spacious apartment is equipped with everything you need! Enjoy your time in the garden, by the pool, or on your own balcony. While your children play on the playground, you can relax and enjoy the quiet away from the city noise. The comfort of home and the joy of vacation are together here! The space Apartment features • Our spacious 2+1 apartment is perfect for a family of four. • There is one bedroom with a double bed and one children's room with two single beds. • Each room has wardrobes and comfortable beds. Kitchen and dining area • A fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking (pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, a set of spices, etc.). Food (salt, sugar, oil, etc.) is not provided. • At your service: stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Turkish coffee pot and kettle. • There are tables for 4 people both indoors and on the balcony. You can enjoy a meal in the cool air-conditioned room or outdoors. Garden and recreation areas • There is a barbecue area in the garden. Please let us know in advance if you want to use the barbecue. • Enjoy coffee by the pool, sunbathe on sun loungers, or relax on the veranda. • The garden also has a free table tennis table. A living room and a seating area • In the living room: a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a TV. • Spend the day watching the sunset from the balcony of your apartment. Bathroom • The spacious and modern bathroom has hot water 24/7. Other things to note Important information • Our complex is located in a new area, so construction work may be carried out in the vicinity. This can lead to dust on the balconies and a less picturesque view. However, the comfort and atmosphere inside the complex compensate for this drawback. • Smoking inside the apartment. Each balcony has an ashtray for smoking. Please smoke only in the designated area on the balcony. • We do not accept reservations from single men or male groups. • Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 1 child (0–2 years). A baby cot is available upon request. The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking or request additional payment if the stated number of guests is exceeded. Information about floors and preferences • Our building consists of 5 floors, each of which offers apartments for rent. • For convenience, an elevator is installed on all floors. • If you have a floor preference, please check out our other listings and choose the most suitable apartment.
