Main street is 1/2 block north and the gondola is located 1 block directly south. Enjoy views of the ski area and the iconic Ballard Peak from your private balcony. Add in the surrounding dining and drinking options that are a snowball's throw away and you have an ideal basecamp for your Telluride adventures! The space The petit penthouse is cozy and convenient and is the perfect basecamp for a couple or small family! Located in the prime Oak Street neighborhood, guests will enjoy quick access to the base of the gondola (1 block) as well as our historic main street (1/2 block). The penthouse is an efficient studio with a Queen bed and sleeper sofa, a small dining table, kitchen (no oven) and a lovely full bath with walk-in shower. This is a free-standing, top level "penthouse" with no shared walls and unobstructed views of the ski area and our iconic Ballard Peak!
