Carew Arms is situated five minutes away and nearby Manor Park (3.2 miles away) and Folly Farm (7 miles away) are located in good proximity, as well as the main attractions of Tenby and Saunders Foot. The space Sunnyside maintains it’s cosyness whilst being spacious enough and has 5 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is ground floor (king bed) with a bathroom next to it. Four bedrooms are on the first floor. A king bed with en-suite in one bedroom, another king bed room, a room with bunk beds and two single beds in the forth bedroom. There is a recently refurbed large kitchen area and separate dining room. The house has two lounges. There is a huge lounge downstairs and also a small living room ideal for some quiet relaxation, and children’s / second lounge upstairs for quiet play time.
