Cozy apartment with private garden

The new granny apartment belongs to a property house that was built in 2022. The property convinces with its quiet location and the garden, which invites you to relax. The location offers the opportunity to take a trip to the gold city of Pforzheim. By car or bus you can reach the Pforzheim center in 10 minutes. The space Everything in the apartment is newly furnished. It includes a spacious room that serves as a living and sleeping area, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. The double bed is 140 × 200 cm and perfect for two people. If a child is traveling, an additional small mattress is offered. The apartment offers direct access to a well-kept garden (northwest orientation.) The garden is used by our guests alone. **March 2024 Update: The kitchen has been completely refurbished.** The combination of the open space, the private bathroom and the access to the garden gives the apartment a cozy ambience. The large windows in the apartment let in plenty of daylight and thus also create a pleasant atmosphere. Guest access The garden is right outside the apartment door. In the garden, a privacy screen provides the necessary privacy. The northwest orientation is ideal for a cozy evening on the terrace. Guests will also be provided with reading materials and games. There is also a TV with various streaming services such as Netflix or Prime Video in the apartment, which can be used for movie and series evenings.
