Located in the heart of Condroz, it is not far from the Château de Modave , the Ravel, the small town of Durbuy, etc... The space in the month of July and August we ask for a minimum of 3 nights. the area is superb , we have documentation or our own advice at your disposal . The kitchen is well equipped ( ( dishwasher , croque-mon Monsieur machine, steamer, coffee maker, microwave, microwave , electric kettle, oven , fridge, etc.) TV and wifi included . We have a large garden and our private wood if you want to walk around . Other things to note We can request a security deposit in agreement with hosts before booking 250 euros . Towels and linens are not included , to be provided
