(Driving into it requires a 4x4 or off-road vehicle.) Within 20 minutes there is a gorgeous, dog-friendly hike at the Pioneertown Preserve. Your nightly fee INCLUDES a market rate for cleaners (approximately $150-$200 per stay) and Airbnb's ginormous 17% booking fee. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and property except one locked bedroom. Other things to note I really truly want guests to enjoy their stay so please let me know if you need anything. Short-term Rentals are HIGHLY regulated in this area. Like all other licensed Airbnbs, we are prevented from hosting events or parties and are subject to a first-time $1000 fine for noise violations, barking dogs, trash overflowing in bins, and allowing more guests than we are licensed to host. If a neighbor calls the enforcement hotline, this will trigger a bill for this fine on checkout. Please REQUEST the monitor and printer if you need it for your stay. It's free but not there by default. Mini-splits are not meant to be running all the time like central air so please turn the units off if you are not using a room or not in the house. They heat/cool fast – I promise! Please don't sneak your pet in the house. It makes everything weird and uncomfortable for both of us. To completely discourage this, a stealth pet will trigger a $500 unapproved pet fee. I have a dog at the house when I do not have guests so if your animal is prone to marking, not trained to stay off furniture, has "accidents," or you plan to spend a lot of time in the Park (where dogs are not allowed), please reconsider whether this is the right rental for you. My rugs cost several hundred dollars to replace. No animals on the furniture. Pets left alone on the property must be crated. No smoking or vaping inside the house. This seems to need all caps: NO VAPING IN THE HOUSE. I prefer to keep my nightly rate lower than market and allow guests to opt in for grill propane or firewood. Many times there are leftovers from myself or other guests but I can't guarantee it. Both are available at the market 5 minutes away. Also, I provide enough supplies for a week’s stay. If your stay is longer you may need to purchase additional paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and the like. The hot tub cleaners come on Wednesdays. Garbage day is also on Wednesdays so please take the bin to the road on Tues night and return to the bushes on Wednesday night. Registration Details CESTRP-2021-01658
