This is comfortable to swim in but do not expect it to be warm like a hot tub. Please recognize that this home is in a residential neighborhood and we do have quiet hours after 10 PM. If noise goes above a certain level we will get a fine by the city which is charged back to our guests if this occurs. This does not mean you can’t get be enjoying yourself after these hours but no loud music or excessive noise is permitted.
