Welcome to our humble abode, Mid Mod Casa! Relax and enjoy our 1950's brick ranch duplex. Unit 1 has an eclectic vintage design esthetic and is equipped with modern amenities. There are 2 private bedrooms one has a desk for working, one full bathroom, a spacious living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen and an outdoor patio. Centrally located and close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, post office, hospitals, major highways 10 and 60, plus other great points of interest The space Enter into the spacious, open concept living room that seamlessly connects into the fully equipped kitchen. The modern kitchen has a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher along with a coffee and tea station. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with mattress and pillows encased, portable Dreo fans and heaters for your comfort along with extra blankets, sheets and bathrobes. The bathroom has a floating vanity, rainfall shower head /tub and is stocked with all of the essentials including shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, hair styling products, body wash, and body lotion. The outdoor patio is shared but is divided with a privacy screen and enclosed with reed grass for added privacy. It also has a bar, cafe table with chairs and your own washer and dryer. This unit is not suitable for children. -Surrounding neighbors have dogs they do keep them secure and you will hear them bark from time to time - There is wildlife around the area such as skunks, raccoons, foxes,squirrels, neighbors cats and feral cats that may roam around - There are train tracks a few miles from our house so you will hear them throughout your stay
