Compared to other towns and areas nearby, we are situated at an altitude of 750 meters, providing a cooler environment even in summer and a dry climate without any humidity! • Ground floor: The entrance lounge is windowed and represents the heart of the structure. It also provides access to the apartment on the lower floor. Monte Filone Room: single bed, smart TV, and a window overlooking the lake. Bathroom with sanitary fixtures, shower cabin, hairdryer, and complimentary Shampoo and Shower Gel. Laundry area The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. The Suite (master bedroom) is furnished with a king-size bed, separate from the living room. Each area of the house has a Smart TV. In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, bed sheets, and duvets at your disposal. Guest access Guests are free to access all the outdoor and indoor spaces surrounding the property except for the upper floor apartment, where the entrance lounge is located. The laundry area is accessible through the door labeled "private" next to the bathroom. Other things to note We would like to remind you that the breakfast lounge is shared with guests from the other floors of the building, in case they are staying during the same days as you. Breakfast service is available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and can be delivered to your doorstep by the bar of Locanda Belvedere or alternatively, enjoyed on-site. An on-request driver is available.
