Keep it simple near work with relaxing waterfall pool and restaurants close by. Great location near Palo Verde and Solar farms. Close to stores and restaurants. Refreshing Pool. The spacious Full bathroom has great water pressure & shared only w/ one other Airbnb guest. Blackout out curtains Big screen tv’s w/ surround sound. Sport channels. Located 35 from downtown phx. The space Private room with large screen tv. Sports channels. Great water pressure in bathroom. Cornhole boards. Basket ball hoops in my quiet and safe neighborhood. Gas BBQ and all the kitchen amenities to cook up a good meal. Guest access You will have full access to your room and all public areas of home. During your stay I am familiar with the area. I can offer guidance. Give me advance notice so I can accommodate your plans. Arizona is a great state to explore. Other things to note Very good location for power plant and solar plant workers. Ideal location if you’re in town working in Tonopah. I welcome guest that want a longer stay of 1-3 months. I rent three rooms. Sometimes coworkers want to stay in same house with friend. Works great for co workers that want to b closer to work with more amenities in a private setting.
