Located 1 mile from the local Hospital & close to shopping, eateries & Starbucks. This town home has 2 levels. 2 Bedrooms & second bathroom are located upstairs. The living-room offers a conversational type space and and smart TV. Kitchen offers an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Also available are dishes, utensils, pots & pans. We have a new washer & dryer available in the laundry area. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed, desk, chair, smart TV & walk in closet, and dresser. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds, dresser, closet, smart tv. Upstairs bathroom offers Tub & shower along with a single vanity. Garage parking available for 1 vehicle. Remote not provided.
