Located in a quiet community near the 81mm of Lake of the Ozarks with its own private boat dock and 2 local boat ramps to launch from. 2 bedrooms 1 bath with an extra family room and beautiful screened in porch with plenty of seating and gas fire pit. Hop in your boat and take a short ride to The Oar House, Shooters 81 or Bucknaked for some dinner and family entertainment! Downtown Warsaw is a quick 10 min drive away. The space The home is a comfortable and cozy go-to after a day on the lake. A fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy. A separate living area with TV and gaming system gives kids their own space to relax. The large side yard is great for outdoor games. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, including the private dock with a boat slip. One closet will remain off-limits that contains the hosts personal belongings. Other things to note Paddle boat and Kayaks available on the dock. Please secure the paddleboat/Kayaks back onto the dock before checkout. Free bags of ice are available in the deep freezer for guests. If more ice is required than available, message the host for ice machine instructions. The property is not directly on the water but the dock is a short walk, car ride or golf cart ride away. (Golf cart rental availability depends on its maintenance requirements).
