Your nature escape awaits! The space Follow the paved road up Skyview Peaks. Upon arriving at our property, you will find plenty of parking in the driveway in front of the house. The driveway can easily accommodate 2 cars. Enter into the home through the front door. Entering into the home, you will be welcomed into a cozy and modern space with thoughtful décor and artwork throughout. KITCHEN: Immediately as you step into the home you will walk into an open kitchen equipped with brand new appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave with a unique granite countertop that adds an elegant touch to the cooking space. With our stocked kitchen, prepare a home cooked meal for the group. Gather at the dining table or on the bar stool seating at the counter while dining, chatting, or simply unwinding as you watch the sunset. The nearby guest bathroom boasts a modern walk-in shower with general essentials including vegan and cruelty-free shower products. Dryer sheets and detergent are available. ✔We keep a first aid kit in the upper cabinet next to the washer and dryer for minor cuts and scrapes. ✔ We provide premium linens for each guest. ✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dish brush. ✔ Coffee, creamer, sugar, tea are included. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and property with the exception of a small, locked owners closet. Entry is via Schlage keypad on the front door. A code will be provided in your check in email. Other things to note Absolutely no pets, no exceptions. If guests show up with pets, they will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Contact me for information. No Fireworks or smoking of any kind on the property, or in the house. Cell service is limited and only available for certain providers like AT&T. We do have high speed wireless internet. There are occasionally wild animals in the area. Please stay within the fenced area. Please do not let children (or adults) climb on the fence or railings around the decks. If you need to throw away trash into the garbage bin please remember to lock the garbage bin. Preventative pest control is auto scheduled to come out once a month to spray the exterior of the home. Will notify day before if they’re coming out. As this is a mountain property surrounded by nature please note that rural areas do come with more bugs. We have regular cleaning and pest control but want guest to be aware that bugs may find their way inside. Early Check-in and Late Check-out are available for an additional fee ( just ask for details).
