This brand new apartment in Lake Hawea is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, close to lake and a 15/20 min drive to all Wanaka has to offer. Beautifully furnished and ready for you to make your home away from home. Small kitchenette with microwave and access to BBQ outside and everything else you need for a comfortable stay surrounded by the mountains. Note: there is no stovetop in the unit. The space Self contained brand new apartment. Separate queen bedroom and modern ensuite shower room. Kitchenette with microwave, fridge, plate and utensils. Private out door deck with small garden area with views to Grandview and Cardrona Valley in the Distance. Guest access This space is on our property but has its entrance down the side and is completely separate from our living and outdoor space. On arrival please contact us to be shown the unit and to gain access Other things to note We live onsite with our two small children and friendly little doggie, and the unit is attached to our home with a separate entrance. Please note we live in a rural area of New Zealand which means we may occasionally experience adverse events such as power cuts, flooding, earthquakes or weather may result in being unable to travel on roads or some services being temporarily out of service. We will do our very upmost to support you in such events. As these circumstances are out of our control, no refunds will be provided for stays affected by such circumstances. Given it is a rural area you will encounter wildlife and insects in the surrounding areas. The unit is kept clean of insects - if you leave the windows open in summer we cannot be held responsible if they make their way inside.
