Family sized home in great location within 10 minute walk of the amazing Bonny hills beach via a flat bush track. Enjoy the quiet leafy subdivision, a kitchen that opens to a private garden for relaxing or entertaining. Bonny hills has 3 local cafes, a pub and surf club which may provide live entertainment. Bonny hills is close to many other attractions in towns of Laurieton and Port Macquarie. The space This home is a bright and light spacious home with a enclosed quiet garden. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house except the garage and linen press, these will be locked. Other things to note There is a strict no party policy. Our neighbours are a special part of day to day living and it’s important for us to stay in good relations. Property caters for families only. This property is NOT suitable for large crowds of young adult people, hens nights etc. Be sure to bring a beach towel. If you have young children please let me know.
