Upper Unit Guest Entrance Would Use Front Door Of Home Exclusively To Enter/Exit The Home. Other things to note * Their has been a rise of guests taking advantage of house rules,so I would like to make note,IF IT GETS REPORTED BY OUR NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH,IF WE DRIVE BY AND SEE THAT THEIR ARE MULTIPLE PEOPLE COMING IN AND OUT OF UNIT ALL TIMES OF NIGHT,OR HANGING AROUND OUTSIDE OF HOME. ANY LOUD MUSIC,THAT WOULD BOTHER THE OPPOSITE UNIT,ANY PARTIES WHAT SO EVER,OR SMOKING!!! THE LOCAL MILWAUKEE POLICE DEPARTMENT WILL BE CALLED IMMEDIATELY,AND IF THEY COME TO HOME. ALL GUEST IN THAT UNIT WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE,WITH NO REFUND. AND WILL BE REPORTED TO AIRBNB AS WELL. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! We do have noise meters for quite hours,exterior home,and exterior unit camera's to help with keeping the safety of the home! We have awesome neighbors,and a safe environment here,and it's our job to keep it that way,so everyone that stays here,are as comfortable as they can be,and safe!!!
