The space The accommodation of about 150sqm is located on the first floor (steps to access). Access to the lower and upper floors is NOT possible. The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM 1 with king size bed, wardrobe, fan; - BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fan; - BEDROOM 3 with single bed, chest of drawers, fan; - DINING ROOM with sofa, "42 inch" TV, wooden table with chairs, ceiling fan, access to the garden; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, toaster, various cooking utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet and toilet; - BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet and toilet - GARDEN with terrace furnished with table and armchairs. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the city tax of 2 Euro to the municipality of Monteriggioni, for the first 4 nights. Minors are exempt until the age of 13.
