The Flint House - Peaceful Riverfront Retreat

If you’re looking for a perfect place to socially distance check out our awesome riverfront retreat in SWGA. We can offer you peace, privacy, modern conveniences, and plenty of Mother Nature. You will see a wide variety of birds and animals from the comfort of the home or porch, and multiple local boat ramps make access to the river a breeze. Our newly updated, pet friendly home is located approx. 10mi. north of Albany, GA. **NO PARTIES OR EVENTS—Max. of 10 guests at ALL TIMES** The space Whether you are planning a family trip, a girls trip, a guys trip, couples' trip, or business trip, the Flint House is sure to meet all of your needs. With plenty of space for the whole crew (Max. of 10 guests at all times), you are sure to find peace at our little South Georgia slice of heaven. The large kitchen (fully equipped with new appliances and pots and pans provided) opens up to a large living room, complete with flatscreen TV with satellite, woodburning fireplace, and full bookshelf. Our game room off of the kitchen, as well, also offers a great spot for relaxing, eating, or hanging out. The first floor also features a 1/2 bath, a washer and dryer, Master Bedroom/Master Bath, and front and back porch (with a screened in porch off the Master!). You will find that the Flint House has lots of windows that offer amazing natural light, and also an incredible view of the nature that's right outside your door. It is a wonderful retreat that will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and replenished. Guest access The Flint House is located on property that has a few fellow residents, but the house itself is incredibly private. Guests will have a two car garage for parking, as well plenty of additional parking space outside of the house. Upon making your reservation, you will be provided with directions for reaching the house and for checking in. Please note that while the Flint River can be seen from the house, there is no access to the river on the property--there are, however, access points that are close by! Other things to note While the Flint House is happy to house any furry friends that may be accompanying you on your travels, we do ask that you be mindful of having your pets on the furniture. Additionally, for safety reasons, we recommend having pets on a leash when going outside.
