Small 3-story building located in a quiet area in the city center, a 2-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute drive from the highway. Geneva is 20 minutes away by train, and Lausanne is 30 minutes away. Agricultural and wine region with beautiful roads for car, bike, walking or motorcycle rides. Beautiful walks, picnics and sports trails. It's the perfect place to feel at home, whether for vacation or work! The space Despite the proximity of the train station, you will enjoy a surprising calm while being in the city center. The building is surrounded by greenery. The 15 m2 room has two windows, one of which opens onto the balcony with views of Mont Blanc. A kettle, tea, coffee and cups are available in your room. Bed linens and bath towels included in the price Guest access Bathroom, toilet, and balcony are to be shared with the host. In the bathroom you have an empty tablet available for your personal belongings, and the top bar to hang your laundry. As the kitchen is small, it is not possible for several people to cook at the same time. A little organization is enough – don't hesitate to ask me if you want to use it to plan schedules! During your stay Since I'm usually not on site, your arrival will be mostly autonomous. You will receive all the information at least the day before your arrival. I remain at your disposal to advise you on walks, restaurants or any other necessary information. Other things to note Use only the trash can in your bedroom or bathroom. I sometimes invite friends over, whom you may meet! I have an excellent relationship with the neighborhood, please respect them too.
